HSM Engineering Ltd has invested in the latest Timesavers deburring machinery.  The machine bought on the back of our ‘Zero defect’ internal strategy will provide our customers unrivalled consistency in the deburring of laser and waterjet components. The machines ability to provide various finishes, perfect edges and the rounding of edges is a fantastic addition to our capabilities.

The deburring machine can be used for a wide range of materials including exotic aerospace materials, stainless steel, copper, brass, Zintec, alclad and many more and with the machines ability to CNC program for material thicknesses and shapes it makes it very versatile. All of the finishes and the radius sizes can be controlled and programmed making it a solution provider for tight tolerance requirements within the aerospace, medical and Nuclear industries.
