HSM Engineering is a make to print precision manufacturer and established Tier 2 supplier to the UK aerospace industry. We have supplied Rolls-Royce for nearly 50 years and have held NADCAP accreditation for more than 20 years.

Engine Programmes
We have manufactured components for the Avon, Adour, RB211, Pegasus and the full Trent family — 700, 800, 1000 and XWB.
Current active programmes: Trent 1000, Trent XWB, T7000, UltraFan and Adour aftermarket and MRO.
Obsolescence
HSM Engineering manufactures obsolete aerospace components where original tooling no longer exists. We use in-house 3D printing to produce bespoke fixtures and tooling, enabling us to manufacture parts that are no longer available through standard supply chains.

Prototype & Development
Our FastMake service provides rapid prototype and pre-production parts for development programmes, most of the time without hard tooling. We work directly with primes and Tier 1 engineers to support new designs from first-off through to production release.
Manufacturing Capability
We supply engine components, airframe structural parts and MRO aftermarket assemblies. We are also an accredited cutting subcontractor to other precision manufacturers requiring AS9100-compliant laser and waterjet cut parts.
